REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
for VIVACITY SCHOOL OF CHESS
    		• Contact VIVACITY as early as possible in the preceding academic year to receive all necessary information. As space is limited and registration might require an interview/assessment, we recommend that interested families complete the application process early. All forms must be completed and tuition submitted BEFORE August 1 to be admitted on the program.
    		• The application process includes three steps (see below). Applications are accepted by mail, e-mail or in person. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance to the program.
    		• Before registering you are welcome to visit us and meet our students and staff.
    		• Classes start in September.

    Application process includes:
    STEP 1

    To apply by mail:

    (1) Fill-out the General Registration Form
    (2) On a separate page, feel free to include any relevant information that could help us in making a favorable decision
    (3) Mail the registration form and a $30 processing fee to Vivacity. Registrations are accepted by mail or in person.

    To apply on-line:

    (1) Fill-out the General Registration Form
    (2) Pay a $30 processing fee on-line.


    STEP 2
    (3) Upon receiving your registration form and check your application will be reviewed.
    Selected applicants will be contacted to set up a meeting/assessment. An assessment is required in advance to be admitted to any of the School of Chess groups.
    (4) Based on the assessment, the final decision will be made. If applicant will be accepted you will be notified of student’s appropriate level for the upcoming year.
    STEP 3
    (5) Upon the notification of acceptance, you should complete the Membership Agreement and make the tuition payment (according with student’s stated level). To be admitted on the program, Membership Agreement and tuition must be received by Vivacity BEFORE August 1.
