PRIVATE LESSONS

Private Lessons are for players of all ages and skill levels whose schedules prevent them from participating
in group instructions and/or for those who prefer to work one-on-one with a coach and want the coach's undivided
attention. Lessons on-line or via telephone are also available.

Fee is based on the instructor's & student's mastery level, frequency, and length of instruction.

DISCOUNT

| ONE Free Lesson: Pay in advance for 11 lessons, 12th lesson is free. Lessons have to be scheduled in advance for 12 consecutive weeks.

Honor Program for high-achieving students
up to 3 students will be accepted in 2012/13
A few spots are open for an Honor Program with Aleksandr Kitsis. An Honor Program is a selective year-long chess program that offers an opportunity to receive personal coaching. Accepted student(s) will be offered 50 hours of private and/or semi-private coaching throughout the 2012-13 school year.
Requirements:

A current Vivacity School of Chess Student, in a good standing |
|
Completed Level 1 or higher program
|

Consistent and on-time with all homework assignments during the last school year
|
|
Demonstrated above average chess progress during the last school year
|
|
Willing and eager to spend additional time on chess weekly (above and beyond regular homework)
|
|
Actively participated in chess tournaments in the past and will actively play in major chess tournaments while on the program
|
DISCOUNT: A discount equal to the tuition student paid for the 2012-13 (up to $1,500). To receive the discount, a total amount for all private time (50 hr. x $100/hr. and minus discount), have to be paid in advance.
